1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ranktracker.id platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Nature of Service (SEO Research & AI Search Utilities)

Ranktracker.id is strictly a service provider offering a suite of search optimization, data extraction, and generative AI research tools. This includes the following modules:

• Keyword Rank Tracker: Google search ranking position tracker and monitor.
• Long-tail keyword Search: Semantic keyword phrase builder and suggestions finder.
• GEO AI Article-BETA: Generative Engine Optimization article outlines generator.
• YouTube Video & Keyword: Autocomplete tags suggestions finder and search analytics.
• Scrape Google Map & Local SEO: Public business listing contact data extractor.
• AI Search Engine: Conversational search engine powered by real-time web crawler.

Users agree to utilize all available modules as intended ("sebagaimana semestinya") for lawful SEO planning, business analysis, and content research purposes only.

3. User Account Responsibility & Release of Liability

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Penggunaan user masing-masing di luar tanggung jawab Ranktracker.id.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Any activities, search queries, data scrapes, AI content generation, or other operations conducted within your user account utilizing any of our modules (including the Google Maps Scraper and the AI Search Engine) targeting third-party websites or services are performed entirely at your own risk. Ranktracker.id shall not be held responsible, liable, or legally accountable under any circumstances for any illegal, unauthorized, infringing, or non-compliant activities conducted by users utilizing this platform.

4. Compliance with Indonesian and International Laws

By using our service, you represent and warrant that your activities comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Indonesian Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) and its subsequent amendments, including regulations governing illegal access, system interference, and unauthorized data retrieval.
• Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) regarding the lawful harvesting, processing, and storage of any personal data.
• All applicable international cyber security, copyright (DMCA), data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and the terms of service of any third-party websites you interact with.

We reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Indonesia and internationally in investigating any suspected illegal activities.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider, its officers, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or any illegal activities associated with your user account.

6. Quotas and Balance Credits

Our subscription plans allocate specific quotas for Credits and Requests:

• Credits are consumed by heavyweight operations, including keyword position tracking and Google Maps lead scraper processes.
• Requests are consumed for real-time operations, including on-page SEO header checks, page speed audits, and keyword research database queries.

Monthly subscription quotas are reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused monthly quotas do not roll over. However, manual top-up packages purchased separately do not expire and will remain active until fully consumed.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to bypass daily limitations, abuse scraping APIs, run automated scripts to spam platform systems, or utilize the leads harvested through the Google Maps Scraper for illegal spamming activities. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Termination and Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via the billing dashboard. Refunds are subject to our standard review process and are not guaranteed once credit or request balances have been actively consumed during the billing month.
