1. Data Collection
We collect minimal information to deliver search optimization metrics. This includes your account profile details (email address and name) and the target domains, keywords, and maps query inputs you enter into the platform.
2. Data Stored from Scrapers
Any local business leads harvested using the Google Maps Scraper are stored securely under your account projects. This data is private and is not reviewed, compiled, shared, or sold to third-party databases or marketing lists.
3. Data Security and Encryption
All traffic between your browser and our platform is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). User authentication tokens and account session details are stored securely using JSON Web Tokens (JWT) inside browser cookies.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our platform uses official Google Keyword APIs and Maps listings. Your queries are routed securely through rotate-proxy mechanisms to fetch real-time competition data, average CPC metrics, and monthly search volumes.
5. Lawful Data Processing & Compliance
When utilizing our services to analyze, audit, or scrape keywords, domains, or maps listings, you act as the sole Data Controller of the inputs and target websites. You must ensure you have a lawful basis to process this information under:
- Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European union residents, and similar data protection laws globally.
We disclaim any responsibility for privacy or data security violations committed by you or your agents against third-party websites or individuals.
6. Disclosure to Law Enforcement
We prioritize user confidentiality, but we will access, preserve, and disclose your account logs, usage metadata, or stored queries to law enforcement, government investigators, or legal authorities under Indonesian or international jurisdictions if:
- Required by a court subpoena, warrant, or formal legal mandate.
- Necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, system interference, fraud, or threats to physical safety.
The Service Provider is completely indemnified against any claim or liability arising from such disclosures made in compliance with legal authorities.
